What was the name of that movie, what was the name of that song, what was the name of this or that, and finally, do you know the answer to the questions of life? These are just a few of the many questions that we ask ourselves every day and sometimes left without an answer. ASK @ EnterView, gives its members the opportunity to ask anything that they can think of, and with the ASK Community support, an answer is hopefully just an email away.

About

In everyone's life, there is always going to be a time when you are going to forget about something, rather it is a person, place, or thing. Knowledge-Exchange gives its members a place to ask them questions, in hopes that someone else may be able to provide an answer for them.

Idea, Design, and Development

Knowledge Exchange came about, when Wayne Barron got tired of going to a site, where people would ask questions, and you would have to wait for the page to load all 18,000+ Q&A, and if you were lucky, you would be able to find the question that you asked. It was a complete nightmare to say the least. So the decision to design a site under EnterView called Ask @ EnterView came about. And later own, the site took a name change and domain name to what it is today, «.
The development of ASK (aka:Knowledge-Exchange) started on December 14, 2011, 2:49:18 AM EST. The site really started to take shape and was ready for launch on December 25, 2011, 8:30 PM EST, making it a Christmas release.
Wayne Barron, calls this his Christmas present to the people that want answers to their questions.

Creation, Release and Updates Date

  1. Start (Idea of Creation) Date: Wednesday, December 14, 2011, 2:49:18 AM EST.

  2. The start of Knowledge Exchange actually came from an idea that Wayne Barron had in the late 1999's early 2000's. The site design started on 12-14-2011.
  3. Live Upload Date: Sunday, December 25, 2011, 8:30 PM EST.

  4. Approximately 2 days after the design started, the website went live, at the domain ask.enterview.org. This was a great day, however, there was many bugs in the site, and luckily, there was no members or quest, as the first days was a nightmare for getting the bugs out.
  5. Second Release Updated on: Monday, January 30, 2012, 5:08 AM EST

  6. This release was something we thought was good, though there was hidden bugs that we were unaware of; the site had done well, but nothing like what we had expected it to.
  7. Thrid Release Upload Date: Wednesday, February 18, 2013, 9:00 PM EST.

  8. One of the first real updates came around this time; as we were working on getting the site to look a bit more professional looking and not so dull. The site was coming together; however, it would be a couple more years later before we would finally deliver a site that was fully functional and working correctly.
  9. Domain Name Change: Wednesday, January 23, 2013 5:15 AM EST.

  10. The domain used to run as a sub-domain from our site www.enterview.org the sub-domain was ask.enterview.org, however, we decided that we would give it a name change and a new domain name in the process, this gives it a more professional feel, than that of a sub-domain.
  11. Forth Release Updating Started: Wednesday, February 23, 2015 5:15 AM EST.

  12. The decision to do a re-design of the sites main welcome page and some of the inner structure came about while Wayne was assisting another member in a question, and notices that the site just did not look like it should. After assisting the other member, and finding several bugs that had existed in the site since its first release, it was at that time, that Wayne decided to get to work, building what you see now.
  13. BETA Release Live Update: Saturday, April 4, 2015 2:15 PM EST.

  14. After a month and a half of developing the new design of Knowledge Exchange, the BETA release was then uploaded to the live server for testing. This build was never released to the public, as Wayne wanted to make sure there were no bugs in this BETA build, before its final release. On April 4, 2015, Wayne decided to release the build in hopes of finishing the design and coding changes for a public release by the coming Monday April 6, 2015. This build is a Major Build, and something that Wayne is very proud to release.
  15. Mobile Release Live Update: Saturday, May 14, 2015 1:35 PM EST.

  16. Google announced that they would discontinue to list sites to high ranks that are not Mobile friendly. Wayne then jumped in and started designing the new Mobile version of the new Mobile version of Knowledge Exchange. Took less than a week to design the Mobile Friendly site, beta test, and then release it.
